miConverter S-Series Ultra-Compact Media Converters 

The miConverter S-Series of bridging Ethernet media converters are the smallest converters available. The ultra-compact S-Series is designed for mobile applications where light weight, compact size and low power are critical requirements. The S-series copper-to-fiber media converters are available with 100BASE-FX or 1000BASE-Xfixed fiber transceivers (SC or ST connectors), or Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers.

The miConverter S-Series media converters can be USB powered, enabling fiber connectivity to locations where AC or DC power is unavailable, such as field-deployed fiber-to-the-laptop and military applications. They are also available with country-specific AC/DC power adapters.
